About the extension
With Pickware POS, you sell in your local store or at trade fairs directly from your online shop. This allows you to document all sales and goods issues centrally in one system, eliminates error-prone synchronisation processes and saves you duplicate data storage.
Requirements
Pickware POS for Shopware 6 is currently available in the following countries:
- Germany
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Switzerland
New EU countries are currently being added on request, provided our extension meets the respective legal requirements. If your country is not on the list, please contact us via our contact form so that we can check your case.
For use in Germany, you also need a fiskaly account to make payments at the cash register after 01.04.2021 in accordance with the legal requirements of the KassenSichV. These articles concerning the legal regulations in Germany are therefore only available in German. If you nevertheless need this information in English, please contact our support.
To use Pickware POS, you need Pickware ERP Starter and Shopware version 6.4.5.0. If you are not yet a Shopware customer, please go to the Shopware website to purchase the corresponding licences. You also need a Pickware account, which you can create here.
To complete the POS system, you will usually require cash drawers, receipt printers and barcode scanners. You can find an overview of the compatible hardware in our Pickware Shop. Further information about hardware can also be found in this article.
